Last week (9 weeks) Declan laughed for the first time. He's still just as cute as ever! He is always looking around and so aware of everything. He still likes playing with his rings, looking in the mirror and now loves being carried out in front. Two nights in a row he slept for 7 hour stretches and last night a 5 1/2 hour.
